Directions
To find Gatwick Parking Express - leave the M23 at Junction 9, at the roundabout drive towards Gatwick. Stay on the inside lane and take
the first exit (Feeder Lane), at the next roundabout which leads to Gatwick South Terminal - Follow signs to the 'Long Term Car Park',
which is the 2nd turning on your left.
Parking Procedure
When you arrive at the Gatwick car park drive up to any entrance barrier and press the green button, the car park have a special system -
they can tell that you have pre-booked by scanning your vehicle registration number†- the ticket is dispensed to you in a short
time, with your booking reference printed on the ticket. Keep the ticket with you while you are away. If your reference is not printed
on the ticket - show the ticket at the customer services office when you want to exit and they will process your booking. If you are going
away for quite a time it may be a good idea to note down the location of your car within the car park.
Security
The car park is manned 24 hours a day, with barrier control, security fencing, CCTV and frequent patrols by high profile security vehicles.
Gatwick Parking Express holds the AA/Police Gold Award for security.
Disabled Parking
If you are disabled and need wheelchair access the car park provide low floor buses with wheelchair spaces. There are disabled parking bays
throughout the car park. Bus stops with disabled parking bays nearby have ramps for easy access.
Please call the car park direct to book your disabled parking space.
Transfers from the Airport
When you return - follow the signs to 'Courtesy Coaches' and 'Long Term Parking Buses'. The Coach will meet you at the Gatwick Parking Express
Bus Stop on the Lower Forecourt.
Leaving Gatwick Parking Express
To exit the car park, if your booking reference is printed on the ticket, insert your ticket at the exit barrier and drive through. If your
number isn't on your ticket, drive to the customer service area and go into the office and quote your booking reference - they will process
your ticket for you.
If you return to the car park and find that your battery is flat the car park can provide a free jump start.
